I’ve tried EFT and I find it very relieving. I also use EFT as a diet tool. Whenever I feel like craving for some hot chocolate chip cookie ice cream, I tap series parts along my face and body while repeating a sentence that I am not craving at all. After about 10 mins. Of EFT I’m not craving for anything at all.
Without a doubt, hot bath is a proven technique to relax. Whenever I feel down and tensed I prepare myself a warm bubble bath, followed by a warm jasmine tea. The funny thing is that nobody told me about this and yet it is included in your article. You guys really know what you are talking about. Thumbs up to you!
I do agree that all of the things that mentioned above relieve stress, but only one can really take you to the level of healing stress and anxiety, and that’s writing. Writing is a cathartic activity, other than letting your burden out, it allows you to reflect and see your life from inside out. And sometimes, when you look at your life from a different perspective you can find ways to become better.
Ever since I was young, I have always been introvert. I get anxious and stressed out when there are a lot of people. One of the things that helped me relax is writing. I write poems and haikus. I don’t know if they’re any good because I haven’t shown them to anyone, nevertheless, they served their purpose by calming my nerve and be at peace with the world.
